We have our own popular message board, for serious discussion or completely idle chatter on any subject...
Durham University LGBT Association has its own forum for discussion amongst ourselves. You can also talk to students from other institutions on shared boards by following the link to a seperate board, where you will need to register seperately.
You can read messages as a guest, but to post messages you will have to register. This is very simple - while you have to provide a real e-mail address solely to confirm your registration (an automatic process never seen by anybody else), you don't have to disclose any personal information or even your identity to the outside world if you'd prefer not to. If you have any suggestions about the forum then post on the suggestions area. There is also a women's only board which is password protected. If you would like to join this, please email one of the women on Exec who will be pleased to give you the password to it.
